<p>The present invention provides a curing system using a UV-LED module. The present invention configures a curing unit composed of the UV-LED module and a heat radiating unit composed of a heat pipe on an upper surface and both sides of a curing body in a state of installing and configuring the curing body in a feeding unit, whereas the present invention couples and configures a mask, having a pattern opening unit, to the curing body to enable a user to use a curing system selectively in a curing operation mode or in an exposure operation mode. Therefore, the present invention effectively distributes the heat generated in the UV-LED module via the heat radiating unit and discharges the heat to the outside to regularly realize the curing as well as to enhance curing efficiency for a resin member, and particularly reduces costs in accordance with separate purchase of the curing device and the exposure device which may cure the resin member and form a pattern on a substrate by using one UV-LED module to form the pattern on the substrate when the feeding unit feeds the substrate (PCB).</p> |
