Provided is a composition for inducing mammalian cumulus expansion. The composition of the present invention increases expression of cumulus expansion-related gene in a cumulus cell complex, and induces cumulus expansion. Also, the composition induces essential cumulus expansion for ovulation, thereby being used for inducing ovulation.
