摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) in which a sufficient power generation area can be ensured by improving accuracy of alignment in a plate type SOFC.SOLUTION: A manufacturing process of a solid oxide fuel cell (unit cell) includes: producing sheets of a fuel electrode layer and a solid electrolyte layer (steps S11, S12); laminatedly forming a first laminate including the both (step S13); applying processing so that a corner part C1 on its surface is formed to be distinguishable from other three corner parts (step S14); aligning the first laminate with the corner part C1 as a position reference (steps S16, S18); and laminatedly forming a barrier layer and an air electrode layer on a front surface side of the first laminate (steps S17, S19). The unit cell thus obtained is capable of increasing a power generation area by enlarging a size of the air electrode layer.
