<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to automatically select an appropriate communication system from two systems of OFDMA connection and CDMA connection depending on moving velocity of a portable terminal without taking particular measures in the portable terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A relay control method for a repeater device is characterized by: measuring a frequency deviationΔf of an OFDMA signal received by an external transmission/reception antenna 8a and an interference amount S of a CDMA signal received by an external transmission/reception antenna 8b; determining whether or not the frequency deviationΔf of the OFDMA signal exceeds a preset acceptable range and the interference amount S of the CDMA signal is within a preset acceptable range; and stopping output of the OFDMA signal from an internal transmission/reception antenna 9a and making an out-of-LTE zone determination function included by a portable terminal 4 automatically select CDMA connection, only when the frequency deviationΔf of the OFDMA signal exceeds the preset acceptable range and the interference amount S of the CDMA signal is within the preset acceptable range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
