<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect and liquefy carbon dioxide with smaller power when carbon dioxide is separated and collected from mixed gas containing carbon dioxide and the collected carbon dioxide is liquefied. <P>SOLUTION: The method of collecting and liquefying carbon dioxide from mixed gas includes: a separation and collection process to increase the concentration of carbon dioxide in the collected gas by introducing the mixed gas containing carbon dioxide to a hydrates generator 5, forming hydrate of gas and water allowing forming hydrate in the mixed gas, collecting the formed hydrate, separating the collected hydrate by a separator 6, and collecting the separated gas; and a liquefaction process to liquefy gas containing carbon dioxide collected in the separation and collection process. The separation and collection process is performed at least once for the mixed gas. The collected gas is supplied to a liquefier 8 and liquefied in a stage where the concentration of carbon dioxide in the collected gas is 95 vol.% or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
