<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device, along with a liquid jet apparatus and a cleaning method, which can efficiently discharge air bubbles. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning device 40 comprises: a bottomed box-shape cap 41 which surrounds and forms a closed space region Rc between a liquid jet head 15 and itself by abutting on the liquid jet head 15; a suction pump 51 which exerts a suction force to the closed space region Rc via a first passage 48 which communicates with the closed space region Rc; a passage on-off valve 55 arranged so as to open and close the first passage 48; a pressurizing pump 61 which pressurizes the closed space region Rc; and a computer which controls the closed space region Rc in a positive pressure state to a negative pressure state by bringing the passage on-off valve 55 into an opened state after performing control for bringing the passage on-off valve 55 into a closed state and accumulating negative pressure in the first passage 48 being a side opposing the closed space region Rc with the passage on-off valve 55 in the first passage 48 as a boundary by driving the suction pump 51, and control for pressurizing the closed space region Rc by driving the pressurizing pump 61. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
