<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an inexpensive commutator with a decreased number of components and a decreased number of assembly steps; a rotor with the commutator; and a method of manufacturing the rotor. <P>SOLUTION: A commutator 5, a rotor 3 with the commutator 5, and a method of manufacturing the rotor 3 are provided. The commutator 5 includes a commutator circuit member 60. The commutator circuit member 60 includes: a plurality of circuit conductive members, each of which is comprised of a short-circuit circuit that electrically connects predetermined segments 22, and a noise absorption circuit that is a circuit integral with the short-circuit circuit, having an electrode for a noise element attached between the predetermined segments 22; and a connecting wire connection terminal that connects predetermined end portions not directly connected to a commutator body among winding end portions of a coil. The commutator circuit member 60 is made by punching out the plurality of circuit conductive members and the connecting wire connection terminal from an identical metal sheet, and by mutually fixing them with resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
