<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase efficiency of transfer of a load to a reinforcing member, which is provided in a door, from a door outer panel when a vehicle turns over and lie on its sides. <P>SOLUTION: A door frame reinforcement 38 is arranged on the upper vehicle-width-direction outside of a center pillar outer 34. One end 38A of the door frame reinforcement 38 is joined to the inside of the door outer panel 30, and one end 38C is joined to the vehicle-width-direction outside of an upper separated portion 34A of the center pillar outer 34. A connecting portion 38B is arranged almost in parallel away from a transverse portion 34B of the center pillar outer 34.
