<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which a conventional manufacturing method of a crystalline polyester resin particle requires a step of heating a crystalline polyester resin in an organic solvent or a step of cooling a solution, and therefore much time and thermal energy are needed during these steps. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of the present invention includes: a step of contacting compressive fluid with a crystalline polyester resin to produce a crystalline polyester resin fusion; and a step of discharging the fusion from a through hole vibrated at a constant frequency to produce particles.
