Disclosed is a recycling process for the manufacture of an insulator based on rubber from waste tires, which is used in the area of construction of housing, buildings, etc. The reutilization of the rubber from tires is performed by a mechanical process consisting in crushing the material, which results in a spongy fiber substance, never applied before, that is subjected to a characterization process where thermal and acoustic properties were identified, which besides having a low density and being manageable, it is an excellent option to be integrated to the construction industry for maintaining rooms under a stable thermal and acoustic condition for developing the human activities without disturbances. The insulated material is applied in the inner portion of the partition wall structures in a house, the invention absorbing the thermal waves for maintaining a comfortable temperature inside the room, the material being also sustainable and reducing the acoustic decibels.
|
