<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic faucet device with excellent handleability, which allows a hand to be easily held up to a detection area of a sensor. <P>SOLUTION: At a faucet body 12, a spout 13 having a water discharge port 16 at the distal end is freely turnably supported. First sensors 17a, 17b are respectively attached to both side parts of the spout 13, and the detection areas 19a, 19b are extended to both sides of the spout 13. The first sensors 17a, 17b are configured such that water is discharged from the water discharge port 16 when a hand is held up to the detection areas 19a, 19b and the water is stopped when the hand is held up again to the detection areas 19a, 19b. Further, a second sensor 22 is attached to the lower part of the spout 13, the detection area is configured to be extended to the lower part of the spout 13, the water is discharged from the water discharge port 16 when a hand is held up to the detection area, and the water is stopped when the hand is moved away from the water discharge port 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
