<p>The method involves subjecting component of an exhaust-gas heat exchanger of motor vehicle to an electrochemical machining process to produce a homogenous and smooth surface. The component is selected from the group consisting of outer jacket and ducts arranged in the outer jacket. The plasma-polishing or electro-polishing process is performed in electrochemical machining process. An independent claim is included for waste-gas heat exchanger for motor vehicle.</p> |
