The present invention relates to a three-dimensional lattice diaphragm, an external prestressing steel box girder, and a construction method for an external prestressing steel box bridge to facilitate load transfer and to increase the load carrying capacity of girders by re-tensioning a strand when the load carrying capacity decreases. According to the present invention, the steel box girder having a three-dimensional lattice diaphragm comprises: a hollow steel box (110) supported in the top of a lower structure of a bridge to support an upper structure of the bridge; a plurality of three-dimensional lattice diaphragms installed inside the steel box at intervals; and one or more strands (200) which are arranged along the diaphragms inside the steel box and both longitudinal sides of which are anchored by an anchoring unit to pre-stress the steel box. A three-dimensional lattice diaphragm comprises: a main body (130) to be supported in the inner circumference of the steel box; and corner reinforcing parts (140, 150) and side reinforcing parts (160, 170) of which the circumference is supported in the inner circumference of the steel box reinforce the steel box. |
