PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case capable of stably pulling a cell laminated body into the inside of the case, while suppressing the degradation of the stiffness of the case.SOLUTION: A fuel battery is equipped with a cell laminated body in which a plurality of fuel battery cells are laminated; and a case for storing the cell laminated body in the inside thereof. The case is equipped with a placing surface placing the cell laminated body, and contacting with a side surface extending in a laminating direction of the cell laminated body; an opposite surface opposing to an end surface in the laminating direction of the cell laminated body; and two opening portions in which shafts for supporting the end surface of the cell laminated body is inserted from the outside of the case. The two opening portions are disposed so as to make a straight line passing through center points of the two opening portions incline to the placing surface. |
