<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vehicle rear structure that can control the breakage of a duct when the load is input by the collision etc. <P>SOLUTION: A rear outlet 20 as the duct to exhaust the air in the rear wheel house to the vehicle rear side of the rear bumper cover is installed in the inside of the rear bumper cover and the vehicle rear side of the rear wheel house. The rear outlet 20 is constituted of a cylindrical body, and formed with a portrait ellipse shape part 38 as a load absorption part constructed in deflection deformable manner by the pressure from the vehicle external, in the rear end 20A of the rear outlet 20.
