The present invention relates to dried persimmons using Cordyceps sinensis and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, dried persimmons made by coating peeled persimmons with vegetable Cordyceps militaris and accordingly preventing filamentous fungi in a drying process from being generated and persimmons from falling while having increased texture and flavor of the persimmons by adding malic acid, and a manufacturing method thereof. |
