<p>Disclosed is an insect resistant device for a sliding door. According to the present invention, the insect resistant device for a sliding door comprises: a fixated frame to be vertically fixated to a door frame; a movable frame installed on one side of the fixated frame to be horizontally moved; a mesh screen folded into bellows to be unfolded; upper and lower rails to which one tip of the fixated frame is connected and fixated, wherein a plurality of links are connected together by a hinge; upper and lower brackets arranged at the other tip of each of the upper and lower rails; upper and lower pulleys installed at the top and the bottom inside the movable frame around the upper and lower brackets; upper and lower control wires each one end of which is alternately connected to the upper and lower brackets; and upper and lower guide rollers placed between the upper and lower rails and the door frame to roll and come in contact with the upper and lower rails. The insect resistant device for a sliding door has a simple structure to be installed on onside of a sliding door without changing the structure of an existing sliding door, thereby facilitating the installation and inhibiting vibration and noise induced by friction.</p> |
