<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle for the connection of a gas cleaning apparatus while suppressing the cost for forming and working a throttle body in an air intake device of a multi-cylinder internal combustion engine in which a discharge pipe of the gas cleaning apparatus is connected to an air intake pipe. <P>SOLUTION: In the air intake device of the multi-cylinder internal combustion engine with the downstream end of a discharge pipe 133 connected to each air intake pipe conduit, of an evaporated fuel processing device 130 in which a plurality of air intake pipe conduits 71-74 connected to each cylinder of the multi-cylinder internal combustion engine 40 are provided, and air-fuel af containing gas containing the fuel is returned to each air intake pipe conduit via the discharge pipe 133, a plurality of branched pipe conduits 141-144 forming downstream pipes of the discharge pipe are coupled to a single upstream pipe 140 of the discharge pipe 133 via connection members 134, 161-167.
