<p>A first radio link (6) is provided between a radio transmitter (1) and a radio receiver (3) for transfer of safety data and a second radio link (7) for transfer of non-safety data. Both links are set up and operated simultaneously. The first link is operated with a maximal packet lifetime. Duplicates of safety data are transmitted via the first link so long as they are correctly received at the receiver (3). The safety data is preferably transmitted via a SCO link using a Bluetooth standard and non-safety data via an ACL link also using a Bluetooth standard. Independent claims are also included for a radio transmitter and a radio receiver for performing data transfer.</p> |
