Provided is a capacitive sensor which maintains the contact of a conducive layer, prevents the conducive layer from becoming thin, and includes the line pattern of a structure where a protection layer does not protrude from a conductive layer. The present invention relates to a capacitive sensor which includes an electrode pattern and a line pattern electrically connected to the electrode pattern. At least line pattern includes a transparent electrode layer formed on a base material, a connection layer which is formed on the transparent electrode layer and contains Cu and Ni, a conductive layer which is formed on the connection layer and has the content of Cu which is higher than that of the connection layer, and a protection layer which is formed on the conducive layer and contains Cu and Ni. The protection layer is thicker than the connection layer. The content of Ni in the protection layer is higher than that in the conducive layer. The conductive layer is thicker than the protection layer. |
