The present invention relates to an automatic steering control device of vehicles, and a method thereof. The device comprises: a GPS checking the present position of a vehicle; and a control unit checking a curvature of a road corresponding to the present position of the vehicle, checking types of the road based on the curvature, setting a plurality of target points, and controlling steering of the vehicle.
