The invention relates to a record control device, a record system and a record control method. The record control device can reliably record required characters by endowing a recording device with character codes suitable for character data inside the recording device. A main computer (10) controls the recording device recording characters by using character data corresponding to the character codes in a plurality of character code groups, and converts the character codes of general character code groups corresponding to recording target data into character codes of required character code groups, and then judges whether the converted character codes are corresponding to a printer (20). When judged to be not corresponding to the printer, then the converted character codes are then converted into ones in the character code groups corresponding to the printer (20). The recording target data including the acquired character codes are then output to the printer (20). |
