<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication system which can multiplex two or more users who generate modulation signals by the same frequency and can prevent the PAPR of a signal of each user from increasing. <P>SOLUTION: Transmitters 100-1, 2, 3, etc. each include a parameter storage unit which stores therein parameters for determining the frequency change speed of a phase rotation sequence whose frequency changes with time, a phase rotation sequence generation unit which generates a phase rotation sequence based on the parameters, and a Chirp unit which multiplies a modulation signal by the phase rotation sequence to obtain a transmit signal. A receiver 200 includes a parameter storage unit which stores therein the parameters used by the transmitters 100-1, 2, 3, etc., a phase rotation sequence inverse number generation unit which generates the inverse number of a phase rotation sequence based on parameters corresponding to a desired transmitter, and a dechirp unit which multiplies a received signal by the inverse number of a phase rotation sequence to obtain a signal from the desired transmitter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
