<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder type valve device capable of solving a problem that a sealing member is damaged as a back edge in the rotation direction of a cylinder valve body at valve opening iteratively passes through the sealing member in the valve opening direction and valve closing direction. <P>SOLUTION: In a switching valve device 34 composed of a cylinder valve device in which the cylinder valve body 42 having a valve body side opening 50 for passing water is rotatably inserted inside a valve case 44 and by rotation of the cylinder valve body 42, the valve body side opening 50 and a case side opening 70 are brought into an overlapped state for passing water or a non-overlapped state for stopping water, the valve body side opening 50 is shaped so that when the cylinder valve body 42 is rotated from the water stopped state to the valve open side to assume the full open state, a back edge 50a in the rotation direction of the valve body side opening 50 is in a position on the outer side of the sealing member 66 around the case side opening 70, without reaching the sealing member 66. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
