<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately control a driving section. <P>SOLUTION: An encoder device comprises a first encoder, a first angular position detection circuit, a second encoder, a second angular position detection circuit and an operation clock supply section. The first encoder outputs a first detection signal corresponding to an angular position of a rotary shaft rotated by a driving section. The first angular position detection circuit detects the angular position of the rotary shaft on the basis of the first detection signal detected by the first encoder. The second encoder outputs a second detection signal corresponding to the angular position of the rotary shaft. The second angular position detection circuit detects the angular position of the rotary shaft on the basis of the second detection signal detected by the second encoder. The operation clock supply section supplies operation clocks generated by the same frequency generation source to the first angular position detection circuit and the second angular position detection circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
