<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting resin composition capable of forming a white cured coating that can achieve flame retardancy, flexibility, high reflectance at a high level, and that decreases scarcely in the reflectance with passage of time, and to provide a flame retardant cured coating thereof and a printed wiring board using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The flame retardant thermosetting resin composition consists of a carboxyl group-containing resin (A) whose thermal decomposition starting temperature is lower than 260°C, a carboxyl group-containing resin (B) whose thermal decomposition starting temperature is 260°C or higher, a flame retardant compound (C), titanium oxide (D), and a compound (E) containing a thermosetting component, and the ratio of the carboxyl group-containing resins (A) whose thermal decomposition starting temperature is lower than 260°C and the carboxyl group-containing resin (B) whose thermal decomposition starting temperature is 260°C or higher is in the range of 50-80:50-20 in term of mass. It is preferable that the carboxyl group-containing resin (A) does not have an aromatic ring and the carboxyl group-containing resin (B) has an aromatic ring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
