A modification apparatus for a stroller or other wheeled chair 300 comprises a topmost interaction end, for example a tray 200, containing a part (220, Figure 6), such as a steering wheel, capable of being interactively displaced by a passenger, and a cover 100 providing a waterproof shield over the passengers legs. Cover 100 extends from topmost end 200, at or adjacent a user's hands, to a lowermost end at or adjacent at least one wheel of chair 300, and preferably comprises a lightweight, durable material such as a plastic. Cover 100 and topmost end 200 may be themed, for example to resemble a car or an animal. Cover 100 may be secured to chair 300 using straps and buckles (410, 420, Figure 12), and topmost end may be secured to chair 300 and to cover 100. Cover 100 may be curved in two orthogonal axes to wrap around the passengers legs. |
