<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power measuring device capable of easy and low-cost systematization. <P>SOLUTION: If an electric power measuring system is configured only by electric power measuring devices, electric power measuring devices (slave units) for measuring only electric power and an electric power measuring device (master unit) for not only measuring electric power but also collecting measurement values of power measured by other electric power measuring devices (slave units) are required. However, since an electric power measuring device M is configured such that a microcomputer 1, which is a calculation means, selects one of a program for a master unit and a program for a slave unit and performs it, the electric power measuring device M of one kind can be used as both of a master unit and a slave unit.
