<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of supporting a resonator so that natural frequency is not shifted, by clamping the resonator at an optional position thereof even when special working is not applied to the resonator. <P>SOLUTION: A resonator 7 is supported by being clamped by a contact member 21a in contact with the resonator 7 and a pressing member 21b pressing the resonator 7 to the contact member 21a. Since the pressing member 21b presses the resonator 7 by bringing a pressing part 21e of a buffer structure part 21f provided at a body 21d of the pressing member 21b into contact with a first supported part 41 of the resonator 7, vibration of the resonator 7 is prevented from being transferred to this support device 44 so that the resonator 7 and the support device 44 are prevented from vibrating in an integrated manner. Accordingly, the resonator 7 can be supported so that natural frequency is not shifted, by clamping the resonator at an optional position thereof even when special working for forming a flange structure or a rib and the like is not applied to the resonator 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
