<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an organic EL device and an apparatus for manufacturing an organic EL device which are capable of suppressing a reduction in characteristics (quality) of an organic EL device having a functional layer. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an organic EL device comprises the steps of: forming a bank 62 in order to define a light-emitting region 42 on a substrate 31; discharging a functional liquid to the region surrounded by the bank 62; drying the functional liquid to form a functional layer 26; and laminating a laminate film 38 on the upper side of the functional layer 26 in a state where the functional layer 26 is not in contact with the atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
