<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic equipment mounting device capable of improving the attaching strength of electronic equipment to a tire surface while maintaining the balance of a tire. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic equipment mounting device 10 includes: a first mounting member 11 which is directly or indirectly mounted on a surface of an inner liner; and a second mounting member 15 in which the electronic equipment is mounted, and which is engaged with the first mounting member. The first mounting member includes: a pedestal 12 mounted on a surface of the inner liner; and a C-shaped ring 13 which projects to an inner side rather than the pedestal.
