<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a method with which, when testing a reduction powdering rate of ore, the reduction powdering rate can be measured while being well reflected with a situation inside a blast furnace. <P>SOLUTION: According to a reduction powdering rate measuring method of ore, ore is mounted and reduction gas is led into a rotating reaction tube arranged inside a heater for heating. Therefore, when measuring a reduction powdering rate of ore, a reaction chamber partitioned by gas permeable partition walls arranged inside the reaction tube is filled with ore to be tested and thereafter, at least one of the gas permeable partition walls is moved. Thus, by periodically repeating an operation of compressing or releasing a layer of ore filling the reaction chamber, mechanical impulse is applied to the ore to be tested. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
