<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge scraper capable of quickly repairing a worn or broken main sprocket wheel and a tooth skipping preventing unit or changing parts of the same without detaching a driving shaft from a civil engineering structure such as a sand settling pond, and capable of easily carrying out maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: In the sludge scraper in which flights 4 are attached to an endless chain 3 stretched between a main sprocket wheel 1 and a driven sprocket wheel 2 arranged in a settling pond P, sludge precipitated on a pond bottom Pb are scraped together to a sludge pit Pa side by circulatingly driving the endless chain 3, the sludge scraper is arranged so as to sandwich a main sprocket wheel 1 between bifurcated brackets 8 attached to brackets 7 projected from the side walls W of the settling pond P, and is arranged so as to hold a driving shaft 5 by the bifurcated brackets 8 while making bearings 11 for attaching the tooth skipping preventing unit a bisected structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
