<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Arf6 gene function-deficient animal, to provide a method for inspecting tumor, and to provide a method for screening a tumor therapeutic agent. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided the Arf6 gene function-deficient animal, and the transgenic animal having a Cre gene controlled by a promoter of the gene specifically expressing in a vascular endothelial cell. The promoter of the gene specifically expressing in the vascular endothelial cell is the promoter of the Tie2 gene. The tumor therapeutic agent containing the Arf6 inhibitor as an active ingredient, the method for inspecting the tumor by using the Arf6 gene function-deficient animal, and the method for screening the tumor therapeutic agent are also provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
