<p>Proteins that bind to IGF-II and/or IGF-IIE and methods of using such proteins are described. Also disclosed are new methods for treatment of cancer. Cancer is treated by administration of an IGF-II/IGF-IIE binding protein and an additional therapy such as a growth hormone/growth hormone releasing hormone pathway modulator or epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor.</p> |
