<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hot sandwich, having texture such that while fresh and juicy filling is contained, the outside bread is shortcrust, and having no sense of incompatibility in texture. <P>SOLUTION: The ingredient materials of the hot sandwich are wrapped and sealed with an agar-contained sheet, which are taken as filling and sandwiched between slices of bread to make the hot sandwich. As the agar-contained sheet used, the film thickness is 20-50 μm, and the tensile breaking strength is 20-40 MPa. As the ingredient materials used, the viscosity is 1-100 Pa s. As the bread for the hot sandwich, the bread used is manufactured using durum wheat by 50-90 mass% as grain flour raw material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
