摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an actuation of an overcurrent interruption mechanism with high accuracy by a simple control. <P>SOLUTION: A battery failure determination device comprises: a battery pack in which a plurality of battery blocks having an overcurrent interruption mechanism are connected in series; a filter capacitor connected to a connection circuit to connect the battery pack and a converter to suppress a voltage fluctuation owing to a switching operation of the converter; a first voltage sensor to obtain information about a voltage value of the filter capacitor; a second voltage sensor provided to each battery block to obtain information about a voltage value of the battery block; and a controller to calculate a voltage value of the battery pack on the basis of information about a voltage value of the battery block obtained by the second voltage sensor. The controller detects an activation of the overcurrent interruption mechanism on the basis of a voltage value of the filter capacitor detected by the first voltage sensor and the calculated voltage value of the battery pack. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
