<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect a battery charging receptacle for a car which includes an electric motor in its power source accurately in a simple way. <P>SOLUTION: A variable resistor 40 is adjusted in such way that, when current flowing in an electric circuit 36 which connects electricity-on display means 34 and an electric cable 32 reaches a charging current value which is preset per type of electric car, the electricity-on display means 34 will be actuated. Then a plug 32a of the electric cable 32 of an inspection device 30 is connected to a battery charging receptacle 24c, and, depending on whether the electricity-on display means 34 is actuated at this time, it is determined whether a current value flowing in the electric circuit 36 exceeds a prescribed threshold value, that is, whether an exact amount of charging current preset per type of electric car is supplied to the battery charging receptacle 24c of a battery charging station 24 for a car 22 which includes an electric motor in its power source. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
