<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator for a rotary electric machine that facilitates a high occupancy rate of windings, and shortens the length of crossovers between windings of the same phase and dispenses with shaping of the crossovers. <P>SOLUTION: The stator for a rotary electric machine includes: a core 6 comprising twelve divided core parts 9 having divided annular portions 4a shaped as circumferentially dividing an annular part 4 and tooth portions 5 extending radially inward from the divided annular portions 4a when the divided annular portions 4a are arranged annularly; and three phases of windings 8 wound by concentrated winding on the tooth portions 5 via an insulator 7. The insulator 7 comprises two divided insulators 10, 11 having coupling portions 13 turnably coupling tip portions of the tooth portions 5 of six circumferentially continuous divided core parts 9. The windings 8 of the same phase on the six divided core parts 9 mounted with one divided insulator 10, 11 are wound from a continuous conductor, and the continuous conductor forms a crossover 14 between the windings 8 of the same phase. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
