<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road sign hardly broken even when a vehicle comes into contact with respective columnar posts and stretched bodies which are stretched over between the posts, and hardly damaging a vehicle coming into contact therewith. <P>SOLUTION: Flexible columnar marker posts which are elastically bent by contact with a vehicle are erected with spaces therebetween, and string bodies made of a stretchable elastic material are stretched over between the columnar marker posts. The stretched string bodies prevent pedestrians and vehicles from traversing between the columnar marker posts, providing high traffic regulation effect. When a vehicle receives external force by contact with the columnar marker posts, each of the columnar marker posts is generally bent, while the string bodies are generally stretched/contracted and slackened, restricting damages of vehicle as well as breakages of the road sign. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
