<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture with which an advertising or the like attached to a wall face is easy to be seen, and with glare suppressed given to a person standing opposite to the wall face. <P>SOLUTION: A light axis L1 of LEDs 32 is inclined, so that vertical-face luminance of the wall face 12 at a side with the light axis L1 inclined gets higher and an advertising 121 or the like put up at the wall face 12 becomes easy to be seen.
