The present invention relates to a wireless hearing aid comprising: a wireless earphone; and a transmission main body which processes a sound inputted through a fist sub microphone to transmit it to the wireless earphone through a wireless transmission antenna. The transmission main body comprises: an operation part provided with a fitting mode selection key and a confirmation key; a beep control part to control the frequency bandwidth and the amplification level of a beep generated in a beep generation part in accordance with a control signal; an equalizer to adjust and output a transmitting target sound in accordance with the gain adjustment value set by the bandwidth; and a transmission control part which allows the beep amplified step by step up to the amplification amount set by the bandwidth in the beep generation part when the fitting mode is set up in the operation part, stores the amplification value when a listening confirmation signal is received from the confirmation key, and processes the sound received by a microphone to be adjusted and outputted by the bandwidth in accordance with the amplification value by the bandwidth stored in a memory by removing a signal lower than 100 Hz when an infra-sonic frequency removal mode selection key is selected on a listening mode. The wireless earphone supports the communication relay of a mobile communication terminal. According to the present invention, the wireless hearing aid is capable of eliminating an impact by infrasonic noise by providing a sound from which a signal lower than 100 Hz has been removed through the wireless earphone when the infrasonic frequency removal mode selection key is selected and supports the communication relay of a mobile communication terminal.
