PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress decline in an output voltage from a DC/DC converter when a voltage of a high-voltage battery is lowered.SOLUTION: An ECU 100 of a hybrid vehicle HV includes: an upper limit value setting part 106 that sets an output voltage upper limit value PU of a high-voltage battery 21 on the basis of a temperature Tb1 of the high-voltage battery 21, an output current Ib1 of the high-voltage battery 21 and a remaining capacity SOC of the high-voltage battery 21; and an output restriction execution part 107 that restricts an output voltage from the high-voltage battery 21 to the output voltage upper limit value PU or lower, when a voltage Vb1 of the high-voltage battery 21 is a preset first threshold voltage Vb10 or lower and a voltage Vb2 of an auxiliary battery 23 is a preset second threshold voltage Vb20 or lower. |
