<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator for a rotary electric machine having a structure in which a wave winding coil including a conductor wire formed by bonding a plurality of conductor wire elements is disposed, which secures insulation of a juncture between the plurality of conductor wire elements, and suppresses mounting defects of an insulation cover 28 caused by adherence of powder for a powder coating. <P>SOLUTION: A stator 10 comprises: a wave winding coil 22 which is in a wave winding shape and is disposed in a stator core 20; a bus bar module 26; and an insulation cover 28. The wave winding coil 22 includes a conductor wire 46 which is formed by bonding one end of a plurality of conductor wire elements and the other end of mating conductor wire elements at a junction 64, and a powder coating is applied to a part of a plurality of junctions 64. The insulation cover 28 is formed to cover the bus bar module 26 connecting an end of the wave winding coil 22 with a power line 70 for connecting to an external terminal 68, and to cover some of the plurality of junctions 64 which are disposed in the vicinity of the bus bar module 26 and to which the powder coating is not applied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
