Disclosed is an LED illumination apparatus. The LED illumination apparatus (10) includes: a light source part (2) which generates light by receiving power from the outside and includes at least one LED light source (2a); a heat radiation part (3) which is installed to the back side of the light source part (2) and discharges heat generated from the LED light source (2a) of the light source part (2) to the outside; and a light reflection part (11) which is installed to the front side of the light source part (2) and guides light generated from the LED light source (2a) of the light source part (2) to the front part of the light source part (2). The light reflection part (11) includes a main reflection body (12) which is arranged in the front side of the light source part (2), has a hallows shape, and gradually increases its internal diameter to a back end part, a sub housing (13) which is arranged between the main reflection body (12) and the LED light source (2a) of the light source part (2) and has a hollow shape, and a sub reflection body (14) which is inserted into the sub housing (13) and guides light emitted from the LED light source (2a) to an inner peripheral part to the main reflection body (12). |
