Embodied are a rotor of an IPM-type rotating electrical machine with superior cooling performance and a rotating electrical machine. The present invention relates to a rotor (3) of rotating electrical machine (1). It includes a rotor iron core (20) having iron core blocks (21), a duct member which is arranged between the iron core blocks (21), includes a disk-shaped duct plate (28) and duct pieces (29,30) which are radially arranged on the disk-shaped duct plate (28), permanent magnets (23) which penetrate the duct members (22) in an axial direction and are buried in the core iron block (21), and penetration holes which are formed in the duct plate (28) and are for inserting the permanent magnet (23). |
