Disclosed is a hybrid power generating device. The hybrid power generating device includes a first substrate, a bottom electrode layer which is formed on the first substrate, a piezoelectric layer which is a complex made by mixing an organic polymer matrix with an inorganic piezoelectric material on the bottom electrode layer, a spacer which is formed on the piezoelectric layer, a top electrode layer which is located on the spacer and is charged by friction with the piezoelectric layer, and a second substrate which is formed on the top electrode layer.
