<p>The present invention relates to a new composite material using a ground shell fine powder with the size of 0.1 to 1,000μm. Especially, by mixing a thermoplastic plastic material and an additive with the shell powder as a main component and composing the new composite material, the present invention has excellent mechanical intensity, durability, water resistance, preservability, and insect repellent properties. The shell powder has a fire control function by a self-generation of carbon dioxide in case of fire. The present invention uses the shell powder which is cheap and eco-friendly by recycling a waste resource. According to the present invention, the new composite material using the shell fine powder is produced by mixing 50 to 85 wt% of the shell fine powder, 15 to 40 wt% of the thermoplastic plastic material, and 5 to 10 wt% of the additive.</p> |
