<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder transfer device capable of achieving smooth and stable powder transfer by highly efficiently fluidizing the powder. <P>SOLUTION: The powder transfer device includes: a powder storage section 66 that stores powder T and has at least a part being deformable; a discharge section 67 for discharging the powder T in the powder storage section 66 to the outside; and a delivery member 81 that moves towards the side of the discharge section 67, with the deformable portion of the powder storage section 66 pressed inward, and delivers the powder T to the discharge section 67. The powder transfer device includes vibration applying means for applying vibration to the discharge section 67.
