<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold releasing and recovering sheet capable of providing superior releasability regardless of the kinds of sealing materials used when forming a mold and capable of evenly and easily providing releasing agent to the surface of the mold after cleaning. <P>SOLUTION: The mold releasing and recovering sheet is used for applying the releasing agent to the mold for heating and forming. The mold releasing and recovering sheet contains unvulcanized rubber raw material as a matrix and contains (A) and (B) components such that total content of the (A) and (B) components is 8 to 25 wt.% to 100 pts.wt. of the unvulcanized rubber raw material and a weight ratio (A):(B) of the (A) and (B) components is 6:4 to 4:6, and further contains (C) component depicted below.
